advantage youAra needed a recruitment campaign that could reflect a wide range of study areas without feeling generic, while still showing what students are working towards.
The campaign was built around the idea of “Advantage You”. Instead of focusing on courses, it shifts the attention to outcomes and where study can lead. The visual approach brought together imagery and typography built from real materials, tools, and processes from each discipline. This grounded the work in hands-on learning and gave each area its own character while still feeling connected. Working with departments across the institute, each element was shaped to reflect the work itself. The typography was physically made, photographed, and used alongside imagery to create a flexible system that could adapt across different subjects.
This carried through the full campaign, from posters and promotional material to digital, creating a consistent experience across every touchpoint. Real students and graduates were featured throughout, keeping the campaign honest and connected to real outcomes.
