Studied visual communication at Ara and graduated in 2015. Ended up stepping straight into a design role there in the in-house marketing team, working across brand, campaigns and content. It was a good place to learn how things roll out across print, digital and events, and how everything needs to connect. Started picking up freelance work in 2019 while still there, mostly photography and video. Left in 2021 to do it full-time and learn and get better at cinematography and photography, and understand how it shapes people’s perception and engagement with a brand or idea. Worked with small businesses across hospitality, fitness, beauty and events, helping turn ideas into content people notice.

I Joined Evnex in 2022 as a Digital Content Producer, working in a more technical space and figuring out how to make complex energy and infrastructure stuff easier to understand. In 2025 moved to ProHair NZ as Brand & Marketing Manager, coming in as the business shifted from distributing one main haircare brand to multiple brands in the hair and beauty industry. Working across brand, campaigns, digital and ecommerce, tying the creative side into what drives the business.
